Presentation abstract

Despite technological advances in fraud detection, the gathering of evidence during the investigative interview remains a uniquely human skill. In this presentation the speaker will introduce Conversation Management as an interview technique that provides a structured framework for the interviewer and supports the delivery of best practice in face to face and telephone interviews.
