Speaker Profile Stephen Dalton is the founder of Sermos and consultant whose background focuses on identifying innovative and creative interview solutions in face to face and contact centre environments. His experience includes Thomas Cook Financial Services in 1998 saving in excess of £4.5 million in the first 12 months. Later groundbreaking risk management solutions using conversation management and applied psychology techniques reported savings of £9.8 million for clients in 2008. Stephen has designed and implemented claims risk screening solutions for a number of the UK’s leading Insurance Companies, Loss adjusters, Credit card issuers and other financial services providers. Presentation abstract Despite technological advances in fraud detection, the gathering of evidence during the investigative interview remains a uniquely human skill. In this presentation the speaker will introduce Conversation Management as an interview technique that provides a structured framework for the interviewer and supports the delivery of best practice in face to face and telephone interviews.
